- Has very strict policies that can sometimes feel inflexible and inconsiderate. - They have this (IFT) Internal Found Trouble, where tutors may still receive penalties even when there is no complaint from the student. - Lesson materials contain numerous errors and require improvement. - The company focuses heavily on maintaining a "no trouble" environment, but provides few opportunities for tutors to learn, grow, or upskill professionally. - Communication with the admins can sometimes be difficult. - The rate depends on your rank. - There is a two-month off-season each year, and because of the limited number of students, tutors may be ranked down due to reduced bookings.
