Pros

Great Projects and good people in office. Lots of learning opportunities, responsibilities, and design opportunities. High quality work and high budget projects.

Cons

Average employee works 55 hours/ week. Work frequently gets prolonged due to over scheduling and meetings running longer than planned. This office culture does not promote a good work life balance.

Lots of responsibility, challenges, opportunities. Interesting projects and great people that all get along well. Great at deep dives into design and the profession.

Cons

It really is a place where your passion needs to be architecture and great work. While its got a great group of folks and office culture, it is not for the faint of heart.
