      A shell of its former self

      Easy job. Got promoted early.

      Cons

      The culture that once was is dead. Morale has taken a giant blow. Seems with the company’s growth all they care about now it’s the numbers and no longer the staff. They will stretch the staff out as thin as they can to hit their metric goals for their clients. No exceptions. Very unhappy environment. Lots and lots of turnover of key positions. Claims examiners, MES, CSRs, management, and more all leaving because of the new “stats first” mentality of the company. If you think your voice will be heard then think again here. If I wanna clock in take nonstop calls and clock out for the day then that’s the new expectation. Don’t expect growth, don’t expect change, it’s all about the corporate dollar now. New position offers are never what they seem either. This company is heading in the wrong direction very fast but will tell you everything is great. Don’t believe management.

      We see that you are no longer employed with the company and are sorry to hear this was your impression during your time with us. We believe our culture is still alive and it takes all of us working together. We care about our people and have also shared many times if you have questions or concerns to please reach out to your Manager, HR or a member of the Leadership team so we can better assist you.       Pros

      I no longer have to come in and be bullied by my manager

      Cons

      No one cares, especially HR nothing is 100% confidential with HR. You go there with an issue and find a solution and you get zero help and they talk to your manager about it and make the situation worse than it already was. Management like to promote their own people and do not provide a chance to others in the company. They don't announce it besides with in their circle which makes it look even more shady. Hardly anyone shares work knowledge, its as if they have to keep it a secret because if you know then maybe they are no longer important.
