Good colleagues. Experimentation on technology can be done easily since nothing is tracked.
Cons
Many cons 1 salary n increment worst. This guy's say we are in top 20 30 as per survey. Try asking ur friends of other companies 2. Management is worst and pathetic especially top most management. 3. This guy's are greedy n live in age of empires. They consider themselves as emperor n others as slaves. 4. Horrible work life balance. Going on time is crime. 5. No vision. They still earn from products built in 2005 2006. I was one from that team. 6. I had given bank guarantee during joining. Just after a year many from my group left. Suddenly they increased notice period to 3 months. Then I resigned with short notice and I allowed bank to give them the sum n then guess what. I was not given salary for my working days. I was not given releaving letter. During my last day they begged me to return diwali bonus cheque which I returned. N things went so high that I had to call labour union secretary to get my experience certificate. Although after that once they gave bad feed back to a company but there words don't matter. I used to work during the era when there CTO was a lead. 7. If you work for a good company or for a company with a vision this working experience hardly counts. 8. Only inspiration for this top management is top management daughter who was then 11 yrs of age n use to fly airplanes in a software.
