Pros

Flexible arrangement but still not worth it as they don't hire enough people. People either leave as soon as they realized that the workload is meant for 3 to 4 people. They lure you in with flexibility.

Cons

Little room for advancement. Severely under resourced. Pay is ok but not for the actual hours ended up working. High turn over on all levels.

The management have zero talent and skill. Don’t expect to gain any meaningful experience in a 5-person office, no support and resources. Micromanagement, favouritism! The like gaslighting you about your performance to avoid any salary increase, zero bonus! They pay peanuts!
