      There was nothing positive about this place. Every one is just sucking up to everyone else. Fake environment and they will take advantage of your hard work. No raise. Really sad

      Cons

      If you do not speak Spanish, you will fail. Thankful i do.. those woman would say terrible things.. especially if you were black.. sorry...They do not like to translate for you, You will be redeculed, judged , mislead and disrespected. Management dosesnt speak to you unless you are doing a dance and pony show. They really gotta kick out of us working hard will they watch us in the glass window. You will always be beneath the teachers and administration. Please don't apply while black. Two maintenance men thought it was funny to post pictures on the board of ..the only black woman who work for the school for black history month. Totally embarrassing. I was only non black person who did not laugh. One man called the woman a monkey, principal laughed even more... No . Disrespectful

      Pros

      I got to relive some childhood experiences and get back in touch with the kid in me. The first day kids go back to school is a priceless experience from every perspective. Never gets old.

      Outside of the above pro, 100% saturation of toxicity.
