Without prior food and beverage experience (aside from part-time bartending) I began working for Lucy as her assistant. The opportunities, knowledge and experience she has shared with me I'll always be grateful for. From menu planning, etiquette, event coordination, financial management, etc.. each day was a new and exciting opportunity to grow as a young professional. She continues to be a strong and intelligent mentor.
