Pros
It's primarily OK, decent hours during the summertime.
Cons
The owners don't take any interest in their employees as people(there isn't any real value beyond the superficial, just as long as you can make them money), you'll be worked to the ground in summer time, out in long hours and don't get enough time to have a life outside work. Most of it is seasonal work and it really becomes your life; you don't want that.
