1. The office location is perfectly placed near Taipei main station which is easy to reach. Work From Home is an optional basis. 2. The company follows the Labor Standard Act of Taiwan which have good benefit and also take care of their employees well. 3. The employees here are very easygoing, you can reach out to them if you have any questions.

Cons

Not many people working in the office due to Covid. So you don't really see your team members.

Paid on time. Helpful and friendly team.

Cons

Extremely poor management. Conservative management style, where suggestions wouldn't be considered, and they think you are causing them troubles. Not the translation or editor teams, but HR/finance. Honestly, this company has high employee turnover rate, you should know why. Seriously don't recommend working here.
