Pay is slightly above average, so starting off is nice.

Cons

Raises are a joke, resulting in pay that lags behind quickly. Management can’t seem to focus on a direction, causing constant chaos. This is from top level management all the way down.

Wrong people leading departments.

Pros

JR is awesome and I miss him. They are a strong, financially stable company.

Cons

Nepotism, verbal abuse, toxic environment, your career skyrockets only if you are related to execs. CEO cusses people out within earshot of entire office. When struggling with personal issues they will find a way to get rid of you rather than help you. Not encouraged to explore your interests. For how much money that place makes, the wealth is not shared to the worker bees that keep that place running.
