A global company with international colleagues and clients A flat structure, managements are all approachable and easy to get along with. Structured performance review and career development process. Project-base work environment, good exposure to different works and situations.
Cons
Salary and bonus are not competitive, at least for junior staff. Leading to high turnover. Business is quite niche for many teams. Unlike top consulting firms (MBB), experience and skill gained from WTW are not general nor valuable. One will be disappointed if you are only looking for a great name on your CV as a stepping stone to fast track your career. Although demonstrate some new initiatives to catch up with the current tech development, the moves are not fast and bold enough.
