Culture and leadership. Teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring is non-existent. Senior leadership prefers utilizing methods of intimidation in order to influence PMs to produce better results. Senior leadership doesn’t have enough experience to understand that this doesn’t work, or to know any better. I gave them a pass, quickly realizing/noting the company’s youth. Consequently, employee moral suffers and the good pay is often not worth it for most WPD employees.

1. Company has many "prejudice" individuals even in management and have very little experience. 2. The company is located in a high crime area. There are shooting, robberies, and murders in the surround community. 3. They do not care about their employees. Will work them to death if they could. 4. You only receive 10 PTO day which also includes your sick days. 5. There is no real room for growth. 6. Depending where you sit in the office, you can have a view of a cemetery or parking lot. Matches the lifelessness in the office. 7. Turn over is very high! People do not stay here for long. Terrible stories about some of the reasons why people left or were fired.
