- toxic work culture. You are blamed for everything that happens.
- the ceo himself is micro managing every aspect and you are made to believe you are a failure
-these folks get current IFS employees work for them under false names and this is ethically questionable.
- long working hours, even if you work 24x7 it’s not enough for them
- if they feel they have taken what they need out of you, or if you could be replaced with a lower salaried employee, you would be fired immediately
