      WEAU is full of great co-workers but will not pay its employees

      Tight-knit group of co-workers who are always willing to help grow their employees. The anchors are very experienced and are not only amazing co-works but even better friends.

      Cons

      The pay is awful for a starting job and upper management is blind and refuses to address the pay situation, instead they have the mindset and say that "everyone is replaceable."
