Good company culture, good people, good clients, interesting internal opps

Cons

Not the same company it was, especially since PE took over. It was a dream a few years back but challenging economic conditions have exposed cracks in company strategy and leadership

- Culture over the past few years has been changing and it has been hard to recover it. As much as leadership tries to maintain it, it is inevitable that it will change. They will need to work on building a new culture with all the changes.
