      Don't waste your time unless you need a temporary paycheck.

      Pros

      If you really need a paycheck and a temporary position this would work.

      Cons

      Owners are from India and if you don't fit their mold good luck working there. They tend to be disrespectful of others and are very inconsiderate people. This is definitely not a woman friendly environment. Compensation and benefits are not good. You can try to talk to them about issues in the workplace but they have no interest in changing.

      Those who are applying for H1B don't apply from VortalSoft, they will back of you till you pay money after that they even not respond for you call or message.
