I've been agency-side my whole career, and I dreamed of building a place where smart marketers could work with other smart marketers to do great things together. That's what we have here. Work-life balance, career growth & interesting projects for wonderful clients. I'm also all fired up about the age of AI and what that could mean for our agency and our clients!

They Cover Up Terrible Management & High Turnover Rates!

Unorganized management that is simply hiring slightly experienced, younger people to exploit for a certain client or project! Had 5 specialists/managers quit in just a year alone. They are greedy, close-minded, and selfish employers who didn't even provide a follow-up reason for letting me go, even though my work was being completed correctly and on time.
