      I advice to stay away from the company if you are selected for software division, However the embedded division is fine.

      Pros

      Flexible Timings Infrastructure is good in terms of office space only Provides free snakes everyday Top management is very good, mainly their CEO Located at very good corporate building.

      Cons

      Unnecessary and stupid politics. Don't trust on new employee. Many old employees are with they knew all attitude You can be fired or harassed to resign if there isn't sufficient projects. Not enough or efficient hardware resources for development. Their operational policies are not clear and so is implementation, very confusing. HR is not concerned about employee's problems Chamchagiri is on its height. No clear vision for company or say not in the direction on thier vision. Operational manager behaves as dictator.

      - CEO has good vision. - For embedded domain, It is good company.

      Cons

      - Software division is worst - Technical leaders behavior and technically are not good - So much politics as specially in software division - Short term projects - Only management close people are getting benefits.
