      - People are nice - Exciting product and mission statement

      Cons

      - Leadership has a severe lack of experience - Company changes it's objectives every 6 months when a plan fails - Still not profitable despite leading the market for the past 4 years - Short sighted decisions that are decided upon reactively - Very few progression opportunities with no structures in place to offer training / progression routes - Product is stagnating with very few new ideas - Redundancies happen regularly when company fails to hit targets - Low salaries with no increases due to companies poor financial position
