Pros

No pros. Avoid at all costs. I lost 3.5 years of my time working there.

Cons

1) No opportunities to grow. Promotions will be given only to close friends of the management. 2) Operations division is completely unorganized with upper management constantly exploiting work from home options when the official guidelines of the company restrict you to do so. 3) Bonuses were only allocated once and the salary increases were around 5% in 3.5 years. 4) Team managers have literally no idea of what your tasks are and are constantly micro managing hoping that their “work” will be evaluated. 5) Operations director has no idea on how to manage the department and is literally like there is no leadeship. 6) Facilities are mediocre with questionable hygiene. 7) No employee perks. Only a basic health insurance. 8) Stock option plan is a scam.

Pros

- Unified Microsoft ecosystem - Average-slightly above salary (in the time of signing)

Cons

- Micromanagement - Incapable leadership/management - In case you work hybrid, you can not be promoted to management level and you are not eligible for stock options - People speaking their own work language making communication with stakeholders insufferable - Impossible deadlines, irrational pressure and bad treatment from management - Don’t expect salary increases and promotions. Layoffs are most possible. (I wasn’t laid off) - Sales people are being really taken advantage of, in comparison with other companies. - CEO would probably take the company to the ground before selling/merging. And that’s what he does, taking advantage of low competition in the market. - Expensive food at cafeteria - If they tell you about a bonus scheme, please, don’t believe them - Benefits, apart from private health insurance, are non-existent In general, company is heading to the ground if at least one serious competitor emerges.
