Salary hike is not really great

Terrible culture that you have to always listen to the employees that are in the company longer, and they + the management level will always challenge you to show that they have input & to show that they are always better than you, but not trying to make things better together Not even directly under PCCW, but your headcount is outsourced so benefits are different from real PCCW employees No opportunity to promote unless you resign and when they try to retain you.

The subcontracting of staff through agencies, generates in the company a two-tier level of employees, those who are under PCCW and others.
