      Vitech follows Hybrid model, where employee is needed to come only 8 days pers month and its a great thing here.

      You skill growth is not improved here, because this company doesn't uses much tools, therefore you can't grow much here.

      Pros

      For earning it is good and if we work with product, you can learn technically.

      Cons

      Previously the company was very good and we have work life balance as well, but now it became worse, asking to work longer hours, no OT, no personal Life nothing. For learning, if you work for client, you don't get anything technically.
