- Good pay rate - Lots of opportunity to work

Cons

- Have to submit to lots of events before getting booked on one - VERY SLOW to pay (2-3 months, which is ridiculous and insulting) - Unorganized -- management will say something wasn't submitted correctly or wasn't returned (even when it was!) and therefore is withholding pay

Cons

Owner is very disrespectful towards talent in front of clients. Unreasonable requests Must submit to at least 20 events to get booked on one. monetary compensation is not worth dealing with rude management.
