I have been working with Vinculum since 2009, it has been a very challenging role for me which included part of everything in office like, sales, collections, new business, admin, HR. I was very afraid at the start but that is how I learnt and started managing. Vinculum gave me the opportunity to work in different fields which I never thought of working in. Being the first local person and with different people, language and culture around, it took me a lot of time to settle. But the confidence shown in me helped me learn faster. Frankly speaking, I don't think I can get any job outside like this as this is so flexible. I haven't said its no work at Vinculum. In fact, it's too much work for me. After that, they have given me the chance to work on the business development area so I got the opportunity to meet senior person outside, which is when I realised that getting new business is not easy at all. There have been times when I have faced lot of problems with some of the employees but I have been lucky that the senior team has always been there to help. Today Vinculum is expanding and we get the chance to deal with the global companies in Germany, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Dubai, Philippines, Thailand, etc. Hope vinculum continues to grow like this.
