Pros

High salaries, exciting vision. Amsterdam location is great, london location is okay. High management, taken separately, are actually very smart people.

Cons

Chaotique organisation, no processes or not respected, no way to progress internally as people are hired and fired for a specific job, russian management culture (very autocratic) despite management not being russian (excl. shareholder), no respect for employees time (you can be flown to the other side of the world at 12h notice for a 3h meeting)

Poorly led, confused company with few scruples (I.e. over spending at top) they are in panic due to declining revenues.

Pros

10% above average pay, nice office facilities. So many other people working at the company think it's a farce and are waiting for a package that it can be quite a good laugh.

Cons

They do not care about their people, have so many leaders coming and going that I truly don't know what the plan is to save the business, and they don't know how to build motivation around whatever the strategic direction is. The CEO hardly shows his face and there are some top senior executives from the Russian shareholder side who have jobs but no-one exactly knows what they are.

Pros

Free vehicular communication. Office in the city center. Good insurance. Actuall don't know what else, because it was really damn boring from the beginning till the end.

Cons

Big Russian company. Very bureaucratic. The way they earn money is not not that good. Means of data analysis are just excel and access. To get raw data for analysis is rather difficult.
