Great team environment, plenty of nice people on the floor
Cons
OSHA would have a field day! They preach safety, but when it comes to getting the job done, they don't care. I witnessed many people working themselves to death in various ways. Covid isn't taken seriously, many of the higher-ups believe it's a hoax, despite many of our community and our plant getting very ill.
