      Great team and a real sense of mission. The work is challenging in the right way, and management is genuinely open to feedback. You're trusted with ownership early, which makes a big difference. Like any fast-moving company there's a lot on your plate, but it's the kind of place where you grow quickly and feel your impact.

      Fast pace — things move quickly, so you need to be comfortable with shifting priorities.
