      Competitive compensation, good benefits, stocked kitchen

      Cons

      Zero work/life balance, excessive micromanagement. Owner places no trust in his employees. Not a professional workplace. A lot of turnover and unhappy employees.

      Worst company to work for and if you want to have some sort of life outside of work, heed the warning.

      Pros

      The best thing I learned here is who I do not ever want to work for again. The owner will come in and smile one day, make very inappropriate comments/jokes the next, tell you how great you are one day and then threaten your job the next. The owner of this company demeans everyone on his staff. Loves to tell people how stupid they are and how they make too much money. He sells everyone on a dream and mission and after you walk through these doors you realize that they were all lies.

      Cons

      People are treated like crap here. If you do not work 12 plus hours everyday you are considered lazy and not loyal. No such thing as work life balance, not with this organization.

      Pros

      Nice office space, near mall and various food locations.

      Cons

      Owner does not empower employees and is a micromanager. There is no loyalty to the employees and no reward system. There is absolutely no work/life balance; one is expected to be in the office 12 hours a day. As a small, corporate office, there is an extremely high turnover rate. The work environment consists of a lot of drama and emotional outbursts.
