Poor management disorganized rates constantly changing

Being laid off via a conference call. Care more about empty metrics than actual growth. Poor management.

Bare minimum raises, overworked, dont match 401k anymore, constant layoffs last year and no real opportunity to move up.

Avoid Vestis since they may be selling.

Low pay, subpar managers (green/detached/siloed/clueless), reliance on people over processes due to the manual nature of the work (a slave-driving mentality), poor communication from managers, and zero production scheduling. Too many people, from the shop floor to management, who don't care. A sales-driven organization = layoffs.

Difficult industry due to binding contracts Upper management makes impulsive layoff of decisions and alerts everyone just hours before it happens blindsiding the company

Not much stability the sales org had mass layoffs laid off even top performers. Also laid off some VP’s and sales managers, which made sense for a few of those layoffs. Not much long term growth here. Routes are being cut from drivers and drivers being let go as well
