The company started off as family oriented. They plan fun things to do together. The pay was decent. Flexible hours.

Cons

The work can be tedious. To meet their financial needs, they decided to have employee's work remotely, this affected moral and employee mental health.-the job is isolating, very little communication during the work day. They get obsessed with productivity. They choose people for promotions without giving others a chance. They had a staff reduction that was handled in a very cold, heartless way.
