Feels like you are among family - intimate work atmosphere where we can enjoy working among our peers. Upper management is fair and willing to listen to your concerns. Office location is centrally located where public transportation is easy to access.

Pros

One of the last places that actual work as a family. They encourage all the employees to excel in their craft in the construction industry. They have excellent leadership willing to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with their employees. The owners door is always open to his staff.

Nice people, positive atmosphere, staff feels that they are important part of the team, lots of repeat clients, comfortable backlog of work, company has good leadership who are excellent mentors, excellent growth potential for company & employees
