They do provide visa but that’s the only pro *Do not work there even if you’re desperate. You will find something better. When you walk in for interview and see how horrible the office is, it won’t get better than that. Don’t second guess yourself regardless.
Cons
- they do not pay enough - they do not provide any training whatsoever - they don’t help with anything - people and boss are very manipulative - power hungry and power struggle - they take away clients and try to claim that they got them themselves - they tried to take money from me for putting in my notice claiming that it was a personal bond - there are no benefits, no parking or travel expenses are claimable - the office space is horrible so don’t work there even if you’re desperate - no career development opportunities - you spend more than you make - over 1k tax if you’re a foreigner for 6 months - there is a very high employees turnover rate. While I was there over 8 people left within a year.
