With the work that we do that is not always possible but do provide compensation for both time and mileage. We are always looking to improve and value your time and feedback about your concerns.

Gaslighting Galore

Pros

I learned a lot of life lessons. The main one being to run away from companies like these.

Cons

Endless gaslighting, unethical procedures, unethical BCBAs, unethical CEO. The president of the company could care less about the RBTs and staff retention. The supervisors have huge caseloads, which leads them to neglect staff and clients. I really don’t know how these people sleep at night, but once you meet the CEO and President in person it makes a lot more sense.
