Ever since their email a few years ago telling us to "Do more with less," they haven't been the same.
It no longer feels like a family, and are just in it for the money.
They now have a skeleton crew in almost every department. There is a 30-90 day hold replacement policy in place for anyone who leaves that basically says if the remaining people can get the work done in that time, they won't replace them.
Management hords information like its gold. It's on a need to know basis.
Management is SUPER chummy.
Raises have been a joke (for my department at least) for the last 2-3 years.
Only a few managers are great.
