The culture at Vendavo is genuinely collaborative. People are incredibly smart and always willing to help you out if you're stuck. Leadership does a good job of keeping everyone informed with regular all-hands meetings, and there is a real effort to maintain a healthy work-life balance (unlimited PTO/quarterly company-wide recharge days, etc.). The product space is complex, which means the problems you get to solve are actually interesting and keep you sharp.

Cons

Because the company is expanding so rapidly to capture new market opportunities, priorities can shift quickly. It requires you to be adaptable.
