Working in VEGA as a team lead (recruitment) Good environment for recruiters, on time salary. Can survive as a individual contributor, management is ready to sort out employees difficulties and concerns. Maintaining good relationship with contract resources and on boarding as per the project need. VEGA has tied up with multiple product based MNC’s. Supportive management and Job security. i have seen the negative review about VEGA which is very disappointing. People have any issues they can directly contact to HR person.
