Pros

Good people, work environment is generally friendly

Cons

Pay is below industry standard and does not equate to the insane hours worked. No clear path for advancement. Teams are completely overwhelmed. Not enough staff to accommodate the company's desire to grow. Weird disconnect between teams. Each dept seems to be siloed when everyone should be working together. Sales teams are pressured by upper management/C-suite execs to bring contracts in. Little to no oversight on project pipelines/timelines. Don't know when to say 'no' to a project often putting the team in compromising positions Campaigns are put together in a pinch more often than not which leads to overpromising and underdelivering on the clients' vision and then having to deal with the fallout later on if the client is unhappy. C-suites don't listen to concerns, even though they say they value their employees' opinions and encourage everyone to speak up
