Pros
Work from home. Flexible hours, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a small company drive to get things done. If helps that I love the product.
Cons
The past had some high turnover, but the recent reorg helped a lot. The toxic managers were replaced and new awesome staff got hired. Pay is mediocre, but is made up for in equity.

CEO - Treats the company like he is is King. Hordes your contacts. Builds himself up while putting you down.
