Pros
No one is breathing down your neck to get the job done. It's a great group of people who are all contributing and making the most of their time. There are monthly meetings to refine processes between teams. It's a highly rewarding position with a lot of opportunity for growth.
Cons
The business is consistently growing and with that comes some growing pains. Sometimes it feels like there are too many employees and sometimes too little. You have to have some flexibility because no two days are the same.
