      There are absolutely no pros about working here.

      Cons

      The worst company ever. I have been working here for a few years now and I have a very good understanding of how they operate. They only believe in making money and will never be concerned with the interests of their employees. The owners are money hungry thieves and their management doesn't know the first thing about managing a business. They will use you as long as it benefits them and drop you the second they find a cheaper resource. Needless to say I made a huge mistake coming here. Learn from my mistake and stay away!

      I can't think of any good reasons to work at VariQ.

      Cons

      This company does not care about their employees. The only thing they do care about is their bottom line. If you want to build a quality career, do not work here!
