      Fintech company, expanding the market-share and encouraging new ideas and methods.

      Cons

      The management team can't give clear systematic planning of the future development. Meanwhile, conflicts between departments are very tensed, which makes things very difficult to cooperate. Instead of leading the market they just follow the market and their competitors.
