      Pros

      The team at Validately is a hardworking and flexible bunch. We are supportive, willing to make suggestions, and test theories to help make our product and team more successful. I am constantly learning about different aspects of the business and contributing to them- more than I ever would at a larger enterprise. Working in a fast pace and ever changing start-up environment is a great place for someone to advance their career!

      Cons

      Things are always changing, so you have to be able to roll with the punches. The good news is management values your opinion and is always willing to help field questions.

      Pros

      Fun and enjoyable place to work, with smart, and capable people. Flat organization structure, no heavy top down management with employees free drive themselves in their area of responsibility. The team is encourage to speak up when something is not agreeable and work towards a mutually agreeable solution. Work from home policy, and vacation policy is great!

      Pros

      I really like working with everyone on the team. It's a really smart, friendly and helpful bunch of people with a ton of experience. There is no BS or office politics. Communication is great and everyone is on the same page. Great vacation policy and great work/life balance.

      Cons

      The "usual" stuff for a startup. Don't expect to be told step-by-step what you need to do - you're gonna need to figure out some stuff on your own. No 401k matching. Also, it would be great if we had a free onsite lunches and kombucha on tap (we'll get there someday).
