First thing: If you are joining the company in the finance/accounting/HR department or in the tech operations or support or the Logos Smart Card department, then you are good to go. Great teams with awesome people. But the moment you hear Ereach, Logos Solvo team - RUN AWAY Training: No preparation for training. No training plan. Expected to start working after 4 video calls training, with minimal support. Same 4 video calls for all new joiners. Also, expected to read documentation to understand the system - documentation that are not accurate and were not updated for years. Professional Certification: Not paid by the company. Notice Period: Extra work during notice period. Not allowed to work from home. You will be in office alone while your team is working from home. Bullied and gossips during notice period. Excluded during lunch time in mess room. Collaboration: Minimal collaboration between team members for projects. To each their own mindset. Not willing to help team members in other locations. Not willing to help people in other teams. Making fun of people when they ask for clarification or have questions. Discrimination: People of Muslim community are purposely not recruited. There are 2-3 people in the team who are responsible for recruitment. They are in the company for so long, and they get to pick and choose based on their own requirements. Culture - No team events, no Christmas gift sharing, no team lunch, no birthday celebration, (except in the good teams mentioned above), gossips in the team, downgrading people who do master's degree, or people in other teams who get company awards. Security: All news website blocked, YouTube blocked. Only work related website allowed. Excessive security measures. Management: Micro-management. Task under estimation. Overtime: Expected to work overtime for releases. Overtime not paid. Need to meet deadline even if quality of work is not up to standard. Releases done with bugs most of the time, with manager approval. Equipment - Headset, laptop bag not received. Had to use personal one.

Good budget allocated Salary Increase: Good salary increase each year - minimum 5% each year Dress code - No need for formal/semi-formal attire Equipment: New laptop and mouse received. Travel: Opportunities to travel if you are liked by the manager or if you are in the tech operations or support team.
