      Pros

      A somewhat steady paycheck, it really depends on if an accountant is currently employed, and the spending habits of the owners as to when checks are direct deposited.

      Cons

      monthly turnover, no work/life balance, rude management/ownership, owners work 2-3 hours a day but expect employees to be there from 9am-6pm, losing contracts left and right, no accountability, inexperienced ownership, get guilt tripped for using sick leave or vacation time.

      Small company with a dynamic team environment. There is an opportunity to wear many 'hats.' Hands on proposal skills can be taken away and learned due to the team environment.

      Cons

      No room for professional growth once reaching a certain point due to the hands on management style of the owners. Management organizational structure can be unclear and frustrating at times.
