No micromanaging. Flexible work schedule. Employee morale seems to be good. I've only been working here for a short time but I am happy with the work environment.
Cons
I have not seen many cons yet as I am still fairly new. The bathrooms need updating. I believe that the work facility should be comfortable since you are there many hours during the day.
