      Pros

      Overall coworkers are kind and generous with their time and knowledge. CEO is very kind and wants to create a good place to work for employees. Lots of fun meetings and games, good culture teams to address issues.

      Cons

      Having an entire company be remote has challenges. VOX tries to create a nice environment, but I do think people should meet in person on a regular basis. Salaries are low across many roles - not updated by position, level of work, and location.

      Thank you so much for recognizing our big heart! VOX knows that our team is our heart and we have a wonderful team. We agree that more face to face events should take place! We have several pop up events happening this year and are hoping we can return to our "pre-COVID19" cycle of events soon. We thank you for being a part of VOX and all of your contributions.

      Work environment is toxic for those that are not part of "The Cliq"

      Had a great future. Had a good reputation.

      Cons

      When the focus is on protecting those that are friends with management and not on those that bring in and/or complete business efficiently. Then you breed a toxic business environment. What's happening today to this once great company is a result of gross mismanagement but hey... culture before business for the win again! ;-)

      Dear Former Employee, Thank you for the feedback even though it was disappointing to read that your experience with us wasn't ideal. We wish you would have brought these concerns up to us while employed so that we could have discussed them more thoroughly but hope that you have found fulfillment in your current work situation.
