      Pros

      Supportive and enjoyable work environment • Flexible scheduling (4 days on, 3 days off with longer shifts) • Great opportunity to learn and grow by working closely with a vascular surgeon • Team members are generally helpful and committed • Management allows independence and trust once you understand your role

      Communication between staff and management could be stronger • Staffing shortages can make some shifts stressful when coverage is thin • Limited team-building or company-wide bonding events • Benefits package could be improved (health, PTO, retirement, etc.) • No tuition reimbursement or educational support — which would be helpful for those inspired to pursue careers like sonography after gaining medical field exposure
