      Home Computer was hacked while connected to VIPKID SYSTEM.

      Cons

      My Home Computer was hacked during 3 Moch Classes via China. I had a Business Antivirus Program on my network. I could not use any of my banking passwords. Every password used on my system was blocked. No computer issues previous to this. I have no trust for VIPKID. The computer replacement & Tech Support are too expensive. Be aware they can easily infiltrate your system...even via your Router. This is an issue of personal & national security.

      Pros

      The company pays well, incentives are good and you can work from home.

      Cons

      They will stop your bookings without so much as a word to you. It took me weeks to find out why and they let me go stating I missed too many scheduled bookings that weren't excused. I sent proof that two of those bookings we were without power and the third was an approved cancelation done a week prior to the booking. When I inquired numerous times as to why they were letting me go when I had great reviews and what should have been excused absences, I did not receive a response. Very difficult to get answers from this company.

      Pros

      Don't have to travel to interview or work. Save on gas. Don't have a boss constantly on you bothering you.

      Cons

      Low pay. Have to be a robot. Teaching methods lack any knowledge of TESOL techniques. Hard to get in touch with management if you have a problem.
