      + Colleagues are helpful and will teach a lot also hardworking + 5days/week work schedule + flexible time + ISTQB certification + learning opportunity is high

      - Management is unprofessional - HR is immature, Bias, and very unprofessional - Overtime means better performance - Questionable metrics - Language suppression - Low salary - Low and inconsistent salary appraisal - Racism is present - Gas Lighting is common

      Supportive colleagues. Nothing else stands out.

      Cons

      Poor management. The Managing Director is unprofessional and biased. Be prepared for excessive overtime, which is considered normal due to the company’s work culture. Salary is low, and long hours are often equated with good performance, which can lead to burnout. Workplace politics are very evident, and there is limited opportunity for growth.
