Toxic work environment, before I started working here I didn’t know they were notorious for firing people without a justified reason, or even using the proper channels. They will use you and ask you kindly to work for hours on end, 15 hours since 6:30 am all with the promise of benefits. Worst work culture I have ever seen in a company, the owners only come in to check when the store it’s not making money, they don’t talk to any of the employees or make any acknowledgment that you exist. When I was getting trained, they had me drive to LA, they aren’t capable of training employees at their own store (pathetic) the training it’s a lengthy 5 hours, no food, no water, no breaks (the HR office it’s connected to the restaurant) from the start I should’ve just run away. I drove an hour to and back plus spent 5 hours and you can’t even offer water ? I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemies to work here, my complaints were swept under the rug and no one was held accountable. They gave me my termination paper on Christmas, Merry Christmas!

Rely on you to do any and everything you can to continue at a fast pace and they rarely give raises or promotions. You will do manager level customer service related tasks even at entry level positions.
